Over a period of six weeks, you will discuss different topics to help you gain clarity, and learn vitals skills for connection and health in your relationship.
A major benefit of the Foundations journey is having someone ask questions that you may not have thought to ask each other. This process can lead to deeper appreciation for and connection with each other. It can also spark discussions that alert you to potential pitfalls, and lay the foundation for effective communication and problem solving in the future.

We will meet once a week for six weeks. This includes an 80-min session discussing different topics of your choosing in a safe, supportive and encouraging environment.

The cost for the full six weeks is $900. This can be paid in advance, or on a week-by-week basis if needed.
